Products and Fitment

Our window tint kits are vehicle-specific precut products. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle year, make, model, body style, trim where applicable, coverage, technology, and VLT information. If fitment details are incomplete or incorrect, contact us before production begins.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, product descriptions, images, options, and availability may change without notice. We may correct typographical, pricing, or inventory errors and may cancel or adjust an order when necessary. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable costs are shown during checkout.

Orders and Payment

An order confirmation means that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance if an error, fraud concern, product issue, or supply problem requires review. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers. You agree to provide current and accurate billing and contact information.

Installation and Legal Compliance

Professional installation is recommended. You are responsible for installation decisions and compliance with all federal, state, and local tint laws, including VLT limits and windshield restrictions. Product information is not legal advice.

Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, product copy, images, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to CanCustom Window Tint and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation

The site and products are provided subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, CanCustom Window Tint is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use, delayed delivery, incorrect customer-supplied fitment information, or installation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of California and the United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
