Refund Policy

CanCustom Window Tint produces vehicle-specific precut window tint kits. Please review your vehicle year, make, model, body style, coverage, technology, and VLT selection before ordering.

Custom and Vehicle-Specific Products

Because many kits are prepared for the vehicle information supplied at checkout, a change-of-mind cancellation or return may not be available once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if any fitment or order detail is incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Inspect the package and film pieces before installation. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective, contact us before installing it and include your order number, vehicle details, clear photographs, and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, correction, or refund.

Installation and Fitment

Professional installation is recommended. We cannot accept responsibility for film that has been cut, installed, trimmed, contaminated, creased, damaged during installation, or otherwise altered. Small installation-related water haze may clear during curing and is not automatically a product defect.

Approved Returns

If we approve a return, we will provide return instructions. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and packaging unless we instruct otherwise. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
